Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on item availability and the selected shipping method. Indicatively, using an express courier, delivery takes place within 1–2 business days from the time of shipment.

Important note:
The indicated times refer to orders completed by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping or transit days.

Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

• The number of packages
• The integrity of the packaging, including sealing tapes

In case of anomalies, tampering, or damage, it is necessary to sign the courier’s document with the wording “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF GOODS” and report any damage within 7 days of delivery.

If the customer fails to collect the goods within 5 business days due to unsuccessful delivery, the order will be cancelled and storage charges may be applied.
